If your MagaBeam arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at magabeam.official@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or orders that have been successfully delivered and are functioning as intended.

Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
